　　夜总会夕阳工业！在80及90年代中，超型夜总会娱乐行业是香港国际都市的繁荣昌盛之地标。家家与Jenny亲身经历了这个璀璨时代的灯火辉煌。十年河东十年河西，超型夜总会纷纷迁移北上，严厉挑战接踵而来，缩小规模的夜总会也难于在香港维持经营。香港高价娼妇们却依然要在这夕阳工业里继续挣扎求存。 Jenny接受现实吸纳大批高素质的北姑到她旗下，不单淘汰不少本地小姐，使本地高级交际花们无法延续昔日的衿持，而变为名副其实的性工作者。在这种恶性竞争之下，家家为养育女儿，一边转业做妈妈生一边接受数名包公收取多份家用。这个策略解决一时金钱问题，但因此失去旗下小姐的信任，最痛心的莫过于自己的爱女不肯叫她一声妈妈。<br />

　　问题继续延伸：光哥（包公之一）的爱人突然出现，使家家怀疑自己染上爱滋病。性爱专一是为人二奶的卖点，家家一直不方便要求包公们戴安全套行房。当她心慌胆跳的等待检验结果时，不敢继续做无安全套性行为，短短几天之内包公一个接一个离去。其实光哥没有爱滋病，但染上超过治愈阶段的梅毒，随时有生命危险。祖儿获情马上做梅毒血清反应检查以免转播病菌给TONY。祖儿的新爱人TONY是个失败的男妓。他不单取悦不了豪客（即夜总会小姐）反而与她们结怨。 NANA与AIDA两姊妹常去光顾鸭仔店找TONY坐台，目的在于作贱不听话的仔仔。受辱之后TONY去夜总会以同样方式回敬NANA和AIDA。男妓女妓都似乎走不出这种复仇消费。AIDA因吸毒而被夜总会解雇，降低娼妓级别去做一楼一凤，不久又被一楼一凤老板炒鱿鱼。只愿卖身不愿卖笑的NANA目睹家姐的沉沦之际，为保护自己竟有的尊严决定舍弃一个真心爱她的男人。与此同时，TONY的性命危在旦夕：祖儿验血报告证明无事。死过番身，祖儿立志要做 TONY的真正女人。为筹备祖儿的变性手术开支，TONY骗取赌船大亨二奶的钱又骗他大婆的钱，不料被赌船大亨报复……<br />

　　向来嗲声嗲气的朱茵，在新片《性工作者十日谈》内饰演脾气暴躁的妈妈生，经常要发脾气兼爆粗，她说：“虽然开头有点不惯，但拍着拍着反而有好处，原来讲粗口可以发泄情绪！当然我不是鼓励大家讲粗口，不过将不开心的事堵在心里更危险，不如狂骂一通发泄出来好过！”<br />

　　朱茵及余安安大斗演技，一个操流利“粗口”，一个则烟不离手，获导演大赞出色。李逸朗反串妓女，而余安安则是一个烟不离手的烟鬼，每个角色都有不少内心戏，甚考演技。余安安表示拍摄时跟其他演员相处融洽，大家都很用心演好角色：“朱茵演得很好，放得下歌手的包袱，有一场戏要讲很多粗口，她都能够应付自如，很专业。李逸朗男扮女装很妩媚，他拍之前做足功课，才有这么好的效果。这部戏是我近年拍过的戏之中很喜欢的一部。”<br />

　　对于演员的突破性演出，导演邱礼涛也觉得欣赏：“这部戏每个演员都作出好大牺牲，朱茵也很有突破，这个角色是她入行以来从未演过的，要被七个男人包养之余，又是一个有孩子的妈妈，很有难度，但她都能够达到角色要求！”<br />
