　　东尼（艾尔帕西诺　饰）爱足球胜过自己生命，每日早上起床的理由只为它。东尼身为迈阿密鲨鱼队教练，在四年前该队连续两年赢得全美足球大赛冠军时，那可是他生涯中最光荣的时刻。但如今江山替换，英雄球员渐渐衰老，尤其在队长杰克（丹尼斯奎德　饰）因伤而光荣不在后，他如今所面对的是场场战败。幸而冷板凳球员威利（吉米福克斯　饰）在一次比赛中，一炮而红，大受观众喜爱，才让鲨鱼队重新燃起希望，但东尼却要面对更大的冲击……<br />
