可能性不大，不过把枞阳部分划给铜陵是有可能的，枞阳在安庆眼里只能算一根小拇指，但在铜陵眼里可是一条大腿。安庆太大了，铜陵太小，安庆自己没有能耐发展枞阳没有理由不让铜陵来开发。枞阳划给铜陵发展肯定比安庆要快

划分不是说说就可以的，要国务院批准，枞阳划给铜陵可能性不大。。。普济圩农场已划给铜陵
